This role requires a solid level of accuracy and agility and the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines. This position will be based in our Auburn office. Key responsibilities include. ·       Managing Document Management systems (DMS) for multiple projects. ·       Maintaining registers – document and drawing register, work pack register, testing and commissioning registers etc. ·       Transmitting of all Design documents and keeping record. ·       Work with Subcontractors with all incoming design submission and to ensure all correct processes, procedures have been adhered to. ·       Respond to request for information quickly and efficiently for all document control enquires. Create work packs for the constructions team and Maintenance of the construction folder. ·       Send weekly updates to the Client, and Design and Construction Team on document status. ·       General administration support to the wider project team including filing, printing and other duties as required.
