As part of the energy transition, we need experienced engineers to undertake essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure. UGL has a great record in completing renewable sector associated projects including Solar Farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Transmission Lines, Substations and electrical distribution. Our proven delivery means we have an exceptional pipeline.

As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team.
What will a day in this role look like: Acquisition, recording, filing and distribution of relevant Australian and International Standards and Procedures Control the identification, registration, distribution, and retention of all design, client, and vendor documentation. Enforce Document Control Procedure as required Set up the Project Drawing files after verification that all drawings issued by client or other parties are in accordance with the associated transmittal. Log receipt of technical queries, improvement requests, engineering change notices, construction change notices, material receiving reports and over, short and damage reports. Issue to the appropriate personnel for review and action.
