Four weeks annual leave with 17.5% annual leave loading.Long service leave entitlements on completion of 7 years continuous service.Options for flexible work.Support for career development and is encouraged.Employee Assistance Program covering career and personal professional support services.Health and wellbeing programs including Fitness Passport.Your opportunity Competitive annual base salary $82,800 + Superannuation.Permanent Full Time.As a Document Control Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in: Managing document control systems with accuracy and attention to detail.Printing, collating, packaging and distributing of critical project documentation and ensuring transmission of documents are handled in accordance to established processes.Maintaining storage and archiving processes of critical documentation for digitised and paper copies.Delivering top-tier support to the team and a variety of stakeholders.Providing general administrative assistance as required.What you will bring: Minimum two years' experience in document management and administration, ideally across multiple projects within a similar sized organisation.Awareness of critical data management and understanding the importance of sensitive documentation.Strong attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Any experience you may have within systems such as ProjectWise, Meridian, TRIM, Teambinder, Aconex, SharePoint would be highly regarded.Resilience and Multitasking in a Dynamic Team Environment: In this role, you'll need strong resilience and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, juggling attention across various key projects simultaneously. Your multitasking skills and adaptability will be essential in managing competing priorities effectively.
