Our Western Australia Resources Aero Medical Evacuation (WARAME) Service supports employees and contractors working in the Oil and Gas sector in WA by providing 24/7 aeromedical evacuation services from our base in Karratha.
The team operates a Cessna Citation C560 (Ultra) equipped for aeromedical use to transport ill or injured individuals to designated medical facilities.
As part of the WARAME Service team, you will: provide pre-hospital emergency care on both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft build positive working relationships with the clinical team and key stakeholders participate in orientation and handover processes for new and relieving staff exhibit independence, flexibility, and initiative in a fast-paced environment To succeed in this role, you will need: fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM), or vocational registration evidence of trauma certification (e.g., EMST, ETM, ATLS) strong teamwork skills, especially in high-pressure environments Australian work rights and relevant professional registration ability to undergo Aspen Medical's credentialing process What we offer: 12% superannuation Flexible 2:2 roster (two weeks on, two weeks off) Paid travel and accommodation We will cover the costs for your ASIC and MSIC certifications Support for obtaining BOSIET with CA-EBS if not already certified We are currently seeking expressions of interest for casual employment, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.
