Duties & Responsibilities Service and maintain our existing customer base Work and train as part of an experienced sales team Answer questions from emails/social media What we are looking for Automotive/4WD Suspension enthusiast/Mechanically minded Highly motivated and enthusiastic Fair understanding of computers and Microsoft software packages Professionalism Drive for results and quotas Excellent phone manner and communication skills Ability to manage well under pressure Punctual and reliable A hands-on approach combined with a 'can do' attitude and an outgoing personality are essential in this role, as well as the ability to adapt to changing work environments. An excellent telephone manner and effective two-way communication skills are required, with a specific focus on negotiation and the ability to effectively liaise with all levels of staff and customers.
