Key Responsibilities: Liaising with Auditors to ensure the reports are received and meet NDIS rules, regulations, and guidelines. Collaborate with auditors to improve quality of the audit report prior to submission to the Commission. Independent review of the reports and submit them into the portal. Building strong and effective relationship amongst the team and clients (NDIS Service Providers). Be responsive to stakeholders concerns and follow up proactively. Paying attention to the details of the reports and prioritising the tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Keeping up to the date with the latest legislation, rules, guidelines and policies and their changes set by the NDIS Commission on requirements for NDIS Providers. Position Qualifications/Requirements: Tertiary education is preferred. Experience working in similar industry (certification, NDIS, etc.) is preferred. Good understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, Registration Groups, etc. is preferred. Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and systems (e.g., Oracle). Candidate should have good written and spoken English as well as good communication skills. Good at problem solving with the ability to use own initiative quickly and efficiently to respond to urgent scheduling issues.
