Key Responsibilities: Design Custom Jewellery: Create one-off pieces and assist in jewellery remodelling, ensuring designs meet client expectations and specifications. Client Interaction: Engage with clients from initial consultation through to final delivery, offering expert advice on design possibilities, materials, and style. Quoting & Pricing: Accurately quote on projects, considering design complexity, materials, and production costs. Collaboration: Work closely with on-site jewellers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the creation process. Sales & Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and understood during their jewellery journey. Key Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in jewellery design, specifically in creating custom, one-off pieces and remodelling existing jewellery. Skills: Strong design skills, proficiency in CAD software (preferred), and a deep understanding of various jewellery materials and techniques. Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
