As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational success and ongoing sustainability of all our initiatives, focusing on effective delivery, strategic growth, and meaningful collaboration. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work hand-in-hand with program managers, team members, and key stakeholders to ensure the corporation's strategy is brought to life. What you'll do:
Manage programs and projects budgets, and submit end-to-end funding applications. Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the business and programs, planning, directing, negotiating, and evaluating operational programs to align with our vision. Ensure reporting and recordkeeping in regard to programs is in order. Develop and implement policies to ensure excellence in operational outcomes. Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve their best. Approach all aspects of the business positively and as a team player. Selection criteria:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, or an equivalent mix of experience and qualification. Proven experience in grant writing, program and budget management, with a focus on strategy and operations. Strong leadership skills, including supervising, mentoring, and empowering teams. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Cultural awareness and a deep appreciation for Aboriginal communities, with a readiness to work closely with our members.
