The opportunity
The Divisional Financial Controller will lead the Accounting and Payroll functions which include a variety of corporate entities. As an exceptional leader, you will have the opportunity to develop within the organisation with a clear plan and mentor.
Review Division Monthly financials Review Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations Prepare month end reports for Divisional CEO and Group CFO, including month end reports, KPI's, Dashboards, and analysis Key monthly cycle lodgments and reporting including: BAS, Payroll, Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation Annual budgeting Quarterly reforecasting Corresponding with Auditors Key Performance Indicator reporting and analysis Overseeing the weekly payroll process for on-hire employees What you need
This role requires a person who thinks outside the box and thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
You will have min 3 - 5 years experience as a Financial Accountant or Company Accountant Qualified Accountant (CA or CPA) Strong management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills Curious? Why not reach out and register your interest and we will be in touch!
