The Divisional Assistant provides high level administrative support to the division which includes coordinating activities and actions and providing administrative support to Development Directors and divisional staff.
Salary range: $77,991 - $83,676 per annum + superannuation.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Supports the Metro Executive Assistant with divisional priorities.
Manages meeting scheduling and prepares agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
Coordinates submissions for Board, Executive, and Ministerial items.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Delegates and monitors mail workflows, correspondence, and databases and spreadsheets.
Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to organise meetings and gather information.
Arranges all travel logistics and pool car bookings.
Reconciles corporate business expenses.
Ab out you: To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, including proofreading to corporate standards.
Excellent time management and can work with tight deadlines.
Proven experience providing clerical and administrative support to senior staff and a team.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems.
Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA is highly desirable.
