We are seeking three dynamic, highly motivated, exceptional individuals to join our Infrastructure and Environment, Corporate Services and Community and Economy Divisions as Division Support Officers (Permanent Part-Time): Corporate Services Division Support Officer, 22.8 hours per week Community and Economy Division Support Officer, 22.8 hours per week Infrastructure and Environment Division Support Officer, 30.4 hours per week Located within two hours south-west of Melbourne, Colac Otway is renowned for its magnificent southern coastline, the Otway rainforests and the northern lakes and offers an attractive lifestyle with diverse employment opportunities.

The Division Support Officers report directly to the General Manager of each of the divisions.
These are key hands-on roles providing high-level administrative and project support including proactive diary management, monitoring and preparation of correspondence, preparation of reports, project assistance and record management to the General Managers, Managers and their respective divisions.
As the point of contact for the General Manager, you will be an energetic problem solver, have highly developed communication skills, a high degree of integrity and relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people focused environment.
Advanced computer skills, a high attention to detail and meticulous record keeping skills are a must, teamed with a commitment to improving systems and providing superior customer service.
