The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will fit the following criteria:
Displays initiative and passion, actively collaborating with and supporting fellow staff members to promote inclusive learning and participation.
Demonstrates the ability to differentiate instruction to cater to diverse student needs and maximise their learning outcomes under a strong belief that all students can achieve.
Possesses extensive pedagogical knowledge and understands the learning process for the relevant subject areas.
Works collaboratively with students, teachers, and families on the Personalised Planning process.
Exhibits a commitment to continuously improve their teaching practice and actively engage in personal professional development opportunities.
Has the ability to motivate students, fostering a lifelong love for learning and supporting their achievements.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Accreditations:
Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
ValidWorking with Children Check (for employment purposes)
