Diversity Education Specialist

MacKillop Specialist School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Diversity Teacher to join our team.

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to develop and deliver effective learning programs tailored to the diverse needs of our students.

Responsibilities Design and implement evidence-based teaching practices informed by the Victorian Curriculum Collaborate with a skilled team to develop and deliver engaging learning programs Work with small class sizes, capped at eight students, to provide personalized support Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment Requirements Four-year teaching qualification or equivalent and eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration Demonstrated experience in implementing evidence-based teaching practices and designing programs for diverse learners Capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to improve program quality and student outcomes Benefits Generous salary and leave entitlements Salary packaging up to $18,500 Discounted workplace health and fitness program Paid on-site training and professional development opportunities Our Commitment MacKillop Specialist School values diversity, respect, and inclusivity.
