Diversity and Inclusion Relationship Manager About your role: 2 year fixed term contract position on a fulltime basis located at either Bankstown, Campbelltown, Blacktown, Liverpool or Mascot, however you will be required to travel across all sites. This role is pivotal in our goal to increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This role is more than a simple job matching role - as it focuses more on strategic account management, labour market profiling and building an active caseload of national and local employers committed to diversity and inclusion. Identifying, developing, and enhancing the right strategic relationships with key employers who are committed to D&I, to support and drive employment, training and work experience outcomes that are meaningful, sustainable, and meet the needs of the caseload's requirements. Working with the Employment Solutions Team (DES) to identify and match job seekers with partner organisation/job vacancies.
