Position Highlights The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging. This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025 . We welcome applications from recent graduates as well.

As a Diverse Learning Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to:
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction. Collaborate with class teachers and the Diverse Learning team to assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring and review of adjustments, as documented in the Personalised Plan (PP) Tool. Work alongside and direct the Learning Support Officers (LSOs) to create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students. Demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies. Develop IEPs in consultation with parents/carers, teachers, external professionals and School Counsellor. Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback. Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being. You will have attained:
