PRIME OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
To enhance customer engagement and drive sales with exceptional in-store customer service and reservation handling.
MAIN PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Retail sales Divemaster Duties TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Each task is important.

Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms Assist customers with retail sales, providing product knowledge and recommendations Handle reservations and customer inquiries Maintain a clean and organised retail space Opportunities to lead in water activities QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media and email marketing Customer service or retail experience is a plus Passion for scuba diving and the marine environment Driving licence PADI Divemaster or above PERKS & BENEFITS:
