Dive Team Leader

About the Role We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Dive Team Leader to manage and lead our diving activities.
This full-time position involves maintaining diving equipment and ensuring safety and efficiency in all diving operations.
You'll oversee a skilled team on a 7/7 roster and receive a dive allowance of $100 per dive day.
Location:Macquarie Harbour - Strahan
Roster:7 days on, 7 days off

Minimum of 2 years of aquaculture diving experienceCommercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent)Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m minimum) or equivalentExcellent leadership, planning, and communication skillsA degree in aquaculture or a related field (beneficial but not essential)Other Attributes: Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about your workReliable and supportive team playerStrong commitment to safety for yourself and your crewWhy Join Us?
