Position Vacant: Junior Plant Coordinator – Full Time.

Location: Head Office – Goulburn NSW.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Plant Coordinator to join our dynamic Plant Allocations Team.
In this role, you will assist in the coordination of company plant and equipment, while supporting the operational needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the allocation and management of company plant and equipment, including floats, loaders, crushers, and more.
Allocate staff resources and coordinate with sub-contractors to meet company demands.
Monitor driver hours for fatigue management and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Answer inbound calls and modify the job sheet & diary system effectively.
Process employee timesheets and ensure accurate billing for jobs.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
Team player with a strong sense of urgency.
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Understanding of health and safety procedures.
