In the capacity of a specialist, this role will guide and develop Branch staff to increase their knowledge of wool.ResponsibilitiesAs a District Wool Manager, you will;Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needsManage the client interface and develop strategies for the end-to-end wool sale's processIdentify and qualify new wool sales opportunities for prospective and existing clientsEnsure compliance with client allocation process and credit and payment terms for all transactionsAssist Area Management with setting wool sales targets and identifying growth opportunitiesAttend ram sales and advise clients regarding purchases to maximise clip returnAbout youTo succeed at Elders, you will have:Demonstrated experience building strong client relationshipsExpert knowledge of clip preparation (review and presentation)A solid understanding of ram and sheep selectionStrong understanding of risk management practicesAbout EldersElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
