About the Role We are seeking someone with an administration background or with a general understanding of administration in our office at Swan Hill to work on a part-time basis, two days/15.2 hours per week, as a District Support Officer.
This exciting, ongoing role works within a positive, supportive, and close-knit team and offers excellent opportunity for growth and development within the CFA.
Key responsibilities of this varied role will involve: Data entry, database and systems coordination.Records administration.Liaison with external suppliers to generate quotes etc.Liaison and communication with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.Provision of customer service and general administrative and office support.Accounts payable administration.Providing support at meetings including, organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements.Participation in Incident Management support roles appropriate to experience and qualifications.This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of duties whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are important as is teamwork and commitment.

Additional requirements include: Motivation and enthusiasm with demonstrated administration experience and excellent attention to detail.Efficient computer skills including working knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Word – knowledge of other applications is a bonus).Experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Adaptability, positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to demonstrate your initiative.Self-motivation and a willingness to pitch in where needed.Excellent organisational and time-management skills and a proactive and autonomous approach.Please note, some travel and after-hours work may be required for this role.
