About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our team in Bairnsdale.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our district office and volunteer members through the provision of high level customer service and professional administrative services, including finance administration and process improvement.Your main duties will include:Customer service: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to the office, as well as incoming calls, handling interactions with proficiency, empathy and professionalism.Efficient office management: Contribute to the effective daily operation of the District office, prioritising tasks and issues in consultation with Management and District staff.Document management and preparation: ensure the professional preparation, retention and accessibility of reports and documents is undertaken using the appropriate software platforms and record management systems.Process Improvement: Develop, coordinate and improve local systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency within the District.Coordination: manage schedules and meetings including agenda preparation, catering, minute taking and follow-up of action items.A detailed position description is attached.About You:Strong customer service focus with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving.Advanced organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to be adaptable and manage competing priorities during times of heightened activity.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and record management systems.
(Experience working with InfoHub, SharePoint, SAP, MYOB or other business accounting systems will be highly regarded.
