This is an integral role responsible for achieving wholesale and retail sales targets, identifying market potential and developing our dealership network. You will also be working in line with Telwater's strategic objectives, maximising dealer network engagement and profitability.To be successful in this role you will:Have demonstrated experience working within a dealer and distributor networkProven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast paced, and high growth environmentExperience in the marine, powersports or automotive industry would be advantageous.Excellent customer service experience with the ability to navigate through difficult situationsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersDriver's licence is essential, with a Marine licence being highly desirableThis position will work out of our purpose-built factories and office based in the Marine Precinct - Coomera, Gold Coast.
