This includes review and development of District approaches to business and operational planning. The position is part of the District's management team and will support the District Manager to ensure a service delivery focus with an emphasis on accountability and flexibility of the District's employees. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for operational activities within their delegation.
