We have an exciting opportunity for a District Manager to join our Fraser Coast South Team (Toolara Office).

Here's what you need to thrive in this role:High level technical knowledge of plantation forest management in a commercial environment specifically in silviculture and fire protection;Knowledge in roading, harvesting and haulage would be highly regarded;Extensive experience in the development, implementation and delivery of silviculture, fire management and custodial work programs;Proven experience with strategic and tactical leadership;Proven commitment in leading safety, quality and environmental compliance;Demonstrated authentic and visionary leadership skills;Highly effective interpersonal communication skills;Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new applications quickly;A bachelor's degree in Forest Science or other relevant tertiary qualification;Incident Management (IMT) and Sector Commander qualifications or the willingness to acquire.HQPlantations embraces a diverse and inclusive workplace.
