The District Council of Yankalilla is looking for a Manager Corporate Services to lead from the front, driving success across strategy, governance, and service delivery.About the RoleAs the Manager Corporate Services, you'll provide strategic and operational advice across key areas, including:Strategy, Governance, and Communications.Human Resources, Customer Experience, and Payroll Services.WHS, Risk Management, and Organisational Development.Your mission?
To lead the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and policies that enable high-quality, responsive services.
Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Corporate Services team to support the wider organisation to achieve the Council's strategic objectives by fostering collaboration and building strong, effective teams.About YouYou're a dynamic professional who thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly, and you're comfortable navigating the challenges of a busy, often unpredictable workplace.
