About the Role As the Manager Corporate Services , you'll provide strategic and operational advice across key areas, including:
Strategy, Governance, and Communications. Human Resources, Customer Experience, and Payroll Services. WHS, Risk Management, and Organisational Development. Your mission? To lead the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and policies that enable high-quality, responsive services. Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Corporate Services team to support the wider organisation to achieve the Council's strategic objectives, by fostering collaboration, and building strong, effective teams.
About You You're a dynamic professional who thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly, and you're comfortable navigating the challenges of a busy, often unpredictable workplace. You have:
A proven track record in strategic leadership across corporate services. Exceptional skills in one or more of the following: human resources, governance, WHS, risk management, communications, or finance. The ability to inspire trust, build relationships, and foster teamwork. A proactive approach to improving organisational performance and delivering results. Local Government experience preferred. Your leadership will empower your teams and enhance the organisation's capacity to deliver for the community.
