About your new role
This rewarding opportunity will see you reporting to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Establish a strong partnership with the Operations Manager to build a high-performing teamProvide regular coaching, mentoring and developmentParticipate in the recruitment, induction, performance, and career path and training of team membersEnsure work instructions are clearly outlined for the team to ensure goods out, on time and in line with company policy and standardsFirst point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in regular audits to ensure that the team is compliant with company policy and procedures
About you
