We are seeking a Lead Engineer for a leading energy infrastructure organization renowned for its extensive network operations.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that performance meets the standards set in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
Support our clients service delivery by understanding and applying work health, safety, and cybersecurity standards to relevant activities in the workplace.
Develop and specify economic remediation strategies and integrate asset renewal projects for the 66 kV sub-transmission network.
Coordinate and foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including AEMO and the AER.
Prepare planning reports that include comprehensive economic analyses to support the development of our clients Electricity Distribution Price Reset, Distribution Annual Planning Report, and Regulatory Investment Tests.
Lead Network Planning efforts to enhance, promote, and refine network planning processes, techniques, and systems for more efficient management of network assets.
Experience:
A degree or equivalent qualification, typically accompanied by 10-15 years of professional experience.
Likely to have achieved Chartered Member status with Engineers Australia.
Experience in the electricity supply industry, particularly in network planning, asset engineering, asset management, or energy industry regulation.
Knowledge of safety practices relevant to protecting the public, consumers, and workers within an energy-intensive industry.
Expertise in contemporary practices for electricity network planning, modelling, and asset management.
Proficiency in conducting economic assessments of constraints and risks.
Experience in line design and protection.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to focus these skills on achieving business objectives, developing relationships, and contributing to the success of multi-disciplinary teams.
