We have several opportunities for a Distribution Centre Team member to join us at our Eastern Creek site.
This role is a critical communication point for our logistics stakeholders.
You will be responsible for our inbound and outbound raw material orders and ensuring they are released on time, as well as ensuring broader warehouse tasks are executed in the correct order to meet business requirements.
What will you be doing? Picking and packing ordersUse of RFID scannersReceiving goods and unpacking into stockAssembly & packaging of high-quality raw materials that are well-presented and ready for use.Adhering to key metrics which include safety, productivity, and engagement.Using basic hand and power toolsKeeping workspaces clean, efficient, safe, and tidy, minimising wastageWorking with a hardworking, happy, positive teamRespond promptly to changing customer requirements.Prioritize tasks and escalate issues to address any interruptions or risks that may impact meeting stakeholder requirements.Maintain clear and concise communication throughout your shift.Ensure tasks are carried out in a sequential and timely manner.Actively participate in safety initiatives.Conduct behavioural safety observations.Have an eye for continuous improvement and suggesting ideas where possible.Let's talk about you… We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience that include:An exceptional attitude and work ethic combined with a passion to succeed and service customers to the best of your ability.Forklift license useful - if you don't have one, we can arrange one.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.A safety-centric mindset.Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities on the fly.Prior picking/packing experience is essential/preferred.The Recruitment Process Our application process is quick and simple!
