Distillery Operation & Production Manager Other (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Turnbull Whisky is an exciting new whisky distillery dedicated to crafting exceptional spirits with a blend of tradition and innovation. The distillery is nestled in picturesque Gippsland #themiddleofeverywhere our distillery boasts a meticulously designed facility that seamlessly integrates advanced equipment, sustainable practices and with the vision of an immersive visitor experiences.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Whisky Distillery Operations & Production Manager that will oversee all aspects of the production process. Being able to establish and monitor all aspects production from grain to bottle, ensuring methods and quality standards are set and met. The ideal candidate will possess passion for whisky, a strong background in distillation and proved leadership skills to drive efficiency and quality in our operation.Competencies Required (Further training can be provided)At least 5 year previous management experience in Brewing or Distilling would be advantageousBSc/MSc/Diploma/Certificate in Brewing & Distilling or similar engineering discipline preferredFull driving license.Please note due to being an alcohol production site all applicants must be over the age of 18. Those located aboard are welcome to apply.The position is full time including & not limited to day shift, overtime & weekend availability.Our Mission StatementAt Turnbull Whisky, our mission is simple: to create exceptional whiskies that captivate the senses, inspires the palate, and celebrate the rich traditions of whisky craftsmanship.
