The Role, Area Manager – NSW & VIC: In 2024, our store network has expanded and we have no intention of slowing down in 2025. We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Area Manager to lead our NSW & VIC store network. Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working alongside our Area Manager – QLD + WA, you will drive success across a dynamic network of high-performance and experiential stores.
This role is full-time, Tuesday – Saturday. It can be based from either NSW or VIC. This role is suited to a hands-on leader that is accustomed to frequent travel.
Manage day-to-day operations for NSW & VIC stores, driving sales performance and operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop store leaders and teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance metrics. Collaborate with the Regional Visual Merchandiser (RVM) to maintain visual brand standards across all stores. Collaborate with the Area Manager – QLD & WA to ensure consistency across the wider retail network. Drive a culture of exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering on our customer promise. Act as the National Sales Manager (NSM) in their absence, ensuring continuity in leadership and performance management. 40% off Staff Discount. On your first day we'd expect you to already have: Minimum 2+ years experience in multi-site retail management, preferably within a retail business. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and meet financial targets. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of retail operations, sales analysis, and visual merchandising.
