COMMERCIAL LITIGATION Every day will be different in this role where you will navigate a robust portfolio of high-profile disputes, providing advice on the complete spectrum of commercial litigation, encompassing areas such as: High level complex disputes Alternative dispute resolution Financial services and regulatory litigation Disputes under the Corporations Act Development and Property disputes Bankruptcy and insolvency matters Back-end Construction Planning and Environment litigation   5 + YEARS PAE SENIOR ASSOCIATE To be successful you will require at least 5 Years Post Admission Experience in Commercial Litigation.
