The purpose of this role is to pro-actively assist in the management and, where possible, early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Actively manage the end to end workers compensation dispute process with an effort to reach a positive outcome.
Attend the relevant tribunals and participate in meetings with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
Ensure the effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act.
ABOUT YOU Previous experience within a customer focused or legal services background Demonstrated knowledge of dispute resolution processes, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
