Your New Role
Acting for public and significant private companies across property, mining, technology, media and energy and resources, you will be involved in a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
You can expect to act on the following:
Contractual and commercial disputes;Property and leasing disputes;Corporations Act, including insolvency disputes;Regulatory matters, administrative law as well as IT/IP and insolvency and recoveries. Culture & Benefits

To be considered for this position, you should have:
2-4 years PAE in commercial litigation;Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail;Exceptional drafting skills;Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines;Advanced interpersonal skills;An active and positive team member.
