Our marketing leading disputes team is seeking a commercial litigator with 2-4 years PAE to join the team.
About the teamOur Brisbane Dispute Resolution & Litigation (DR&L) team sits within a national practice group that acts for a vast range of clients in areas including commercial disputes and litigation, property, media, technology, mining, energy and resources, royal commissions and commissions of inquiry, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, and startups and emerging enterprises. These clients include national and international clients, listed companies, SMEs, private companies and individuals.
The group is led by driven and client focused partners who are recognised amongst Australia's leading commercial litigation lawyers.
About the roleWe are looking for a Brisbane-based lawyer with 2-4 years of post-admission experience in general commercial litigation to join the team. This is a fast paced and interesting role that offers an exciting opportunity for a career minded professional to progress their legal career in a supportive environment and a growing group, servicing quality clients.
About youAs a key member of the Dispute Resolution & Litigation group, you will work closely with our clients on a diverse range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters including:
