They are now looking to appoint a new and talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer/Associate (2-3 years PAE) to join their formidable disputes practice working closely with very approachable Partners.

About this role...With a proven commercial mindset and strong technical skills, this role will offer 'hands on' involvement with key clients on a wide variety of disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities may include:
Conducting litigation and dispute resolution matters;Drafting litigation documents including briefs to Counsel; statement of Claims; Further and Better Particulars; Affidavits etc;Appearing at pre-hearing conferences and directions hearings;Management of own files according to deadlines;Preparing for matters before the Supreme and County Court;Sound knowledge of Court Rules and processes;Legal research and advice.About you...To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will be in a similar role within a recognised Commercial disputes law practice.
Solid academics are desirable, together with outstanding communication.
You will enjoy direct client contact, including playing an active role in networking & marketing activities.
