They are now looking to appoint a new and talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer/Associate  ( 2-3 years PAE ) to join their formidable disputes practice working closely with very approachable Partners.
You will receive quality mentoring and access to valuable professional and learning opportunities.
About this role... With a proven commercial mindset and strong technical skills , this role will offer  'hands on' involvement with key clients on a wide variety of disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities may include:- Conducting litigation and dispute resolution matters; Drafting litigation documents including briefs to Counsel; statement of Claims; Further and Better Particulars; Affidavits etc; Appearing at pre-hearing conferences and directions hearings; Management of own files according to deadlines; Preparing for matters before the Supreme and County Court;   Sound knowledge of Court Rules and processes; Legal research and advice.
About you... To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will be in a similar role, within a recognised Commercial disputes law practice.
Solid academics are desirable, together with  outstanding communication .
You will  enjoy direct client contact,  including playing an active role in networking & marketing activities.
