In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering service excellence and to meet the demands of our growing business, we are currently seeking a Draftsperson to join our Masters team.

About the Role
As a Draftsperson within the Display and Masters Team, you will be responsible for providing quality working drawings for our Display homes and assisting with the preparation and maintenance of master plans.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Preparation of working drawings including completed site plans, updating plans for mark ups/Amended Plan and Final Plan Review (FPR) on Coral Homes displays Producing accurate plans that comply with Building Standards and Coral Homes' building policy Checking of covenants and council requirements prior to completing plans and ensuring plans are compliant Attend and participate in Display workflow meetings Liaise with offshore Masters team Check and/or complete masters mark ups Maintain master's folders and files.
Conducting self-checks of your own work prior to completing master plans.
Working to deadlines and meeting as set by management.
Participate and contribute to an effective and productive team environment.
Actively participate in the performance review process.
Attend workflow and other relevant team meetings as required.
About You
The successful applicant will possess the following:
A minimum of 2 years drafting experience working for a high-volume project builder (highly regarded) Proficient in the use of Revit (essential) Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting or similar discipline (highly regarded) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines Highly driven and self-motivated, able to work autonomously Why work with us?
