In this role, your number one focus will be delivering a high level of customer service through ensuring customers' prescriptions are handled quickly and efficiently. Other duties in the role include:
Assist Pharmacists in assembling/dispensing medications for prescriptionsLearning and relaying product knowledge to customersAssist with general customer service queries and provide recommendations using your training and experienceCounsel customers about medicationsProcess orders & unpack stock as required ensuring stock movement into the dispensaryUpdate customer filesPack Dose Administration AidsAbout You
You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while upkeeping a professional presentation. You will be energetic and passionate about providing great value pharmacy health care to our community while also understanding the importance of being team-oriented.
