We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated dispatch operators to join our beautifully refurbished national office, located in Glen Osmond.

The applicant will have a professional presence, being able to uphold and contribute to the ethos of our company, able to exercise initiative, discretion and confidentiality. You will be able to prioritise tasks and time manage effectively in a fast paced office environment.
Offering a full time position of 50 hours, using your problem-solving skills and positive attitude, you will be primarily responsible for providing suitable times to our call centre representatives to schedule technicians to attend properties and managing schedules for our technicians.
No qualifications necessary, previous experience in dispatch preferred.
You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including and not limited to:
Tasks & Responsibilities: Managing schedules for multiple technicians Australia wide Following up ongoing jobsBooking in technician's jobs based on their trade expertise and skillsetsProvide a range of administrative tasks in a timely mannerWorking well in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a number of priorities Problem solving & analytical skills Able to touch type – 40 WPM, 98% accuracyComputer literacy and confidence learning new programsEnjoy working in a team environmentStrong attention to detailExcellent time management and organisational skills To be considered for this role, you will be: Available for various shifts as a 24 hr office across the week, including weekends and public holidaysEligible to work full time in Australia All successful candidates will be provided with extensive training and continual support by our team leaders and management.
