Dispatch Officer Our client based in North Richmond currently have an opening for a Dispatch Officer in their Warehouse Team.
You will be the key contact for internal & external communication between customer service, warehousing, transport, and logistics.
Keeping Chain of Responsibility as a key focus when undertaking your daily tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Allocating & coordinating truck movements • Creating pick slips, DA's and pallet transfers as well as issuing and adjusting corrugates • Liaising with scheduling & customer service to ensure stock is ready at allocated times.
• Communication to our interstate/external providers to ensure bookings are made.
• Assisting Forklift Driver loading requirements.
• Reconciling Chep & Loscam invoices.
• Checking Interstate & sub-contractors invoices.
What you will need to succeed: • The ability to work under pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong planning and organizational skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office, Word and Excel skills.
• The ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to grow and expand your skillset.
