Dispatch Officer

The role

We are looking for a casual full-time Dispatch Officer with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time role, based in Darra. 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities: Answer calls and manage messages accurately and confidentially. Work with production, purchasing, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries. Handle office management tasks and resolve customer queries. Notify customers and branches of delays via email and update shipment details. Maintain accurate records and follow administrative processes. Report service issues and suggest improvements. Daily office management and task coordination duties Perform other admin duties as required. Requirements: Prior admin experience (warehouse experience is a plus). Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills. Good time management and proficiency in computer systems. To Apply!
