Job Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities: Managing a fast-paced packing line for one of our largest customers Working with large machinery in our Greenhouse Production area to pick and pack plants of the highest standard Ensuring only plants that meet our high standards are dispatched Manage a small team responsible for picking and packing orders Requirements: Experience as a dispatch manager who has managed a small team Experience in a nursery or similar setting is highly preferred but not essential Previous experience in a team-oriented workplace Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Transport to Heatherton, as public transport is limited in the area How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter via Seek.
