Dispatch Loader – Day Shift and Afternoon ShiftWideline Windows and Doors is an Australian owned business that has been designing and manufacturing aluminium and timber windows and doors since 1971. We now employ over 350 people and operate over nine acres of land across the Central Coast.
Our facilities include residential aluminium, architectural aluminium, timber, screens, and state-of-the-art glass factories and a vertical powder coat facility. We have invested significantly in state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and are now looking to further invest in our people to help us along the growth journey.

The Role: Due to continued growth within the business, we are currently looking to employ a Dispatch Loader to join our team based in Tuggerah on a permanent full-time basis. This role is responsible for loading finished goods onto allocated trucks using the RF scanner and cross-checking against the delivery paperwork. It is an AM position with hours of work generally being 5am to 1:06pm, with the PM shift starting at 1pm, and overtime available most days.

Previous experience in a similar role preferably within the building industry would be ideal but not essential as training is provided.Experience using RF scanners.Physically fit and able to team lift finished products onto allocated trucks.Knowledge of load restraint laws and an understanding of Chain of Responsibility.Ability to work as part of a team.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously without supervision.The ability to operate in a punctual, courteous, and business-like manner while maintaining a 'can-do attitude'.The ability to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment medical that includes a Drug and Alcohol test.What can we offer you?
