We are Australia's largest company in this sector, providing essential services to millions of customers and communities nationally.The OpportunityThe Dispatch Coordinator manages the day-to-day transport operations for our Wetherill Park site as part of the Hydrocarbons division.
You will ensure the transport component of the business is operated in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
This role will also include:Coordinating and scheduling all driver routes to ensure customers are servicedManaging route optimisation ensuring efficient use of resourcesEnsuring compliance with transport regulations and operating procedures, which includes monitoring and signing off daily driver check sheetsMaintaining relationships with third parties, contractors, suppliers, and customersAbout YouYou will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your ability to deliver value to customers.
