We have 2 fantastic opportunities to join the Arndell Park DC team within a global business as a Dispatch Clerk to coordinate documentation and completion of loads for all transport on site.
This is to ensure compliance with planned time slotting and adherence to chain of responsibility guidelines.
There is a dayshift (7:00am - 3:30pm ) and nightshift (23:00pm - 7:30am )position available.
A DAY IN THE LIFE...
Reporting to the Northern Distribution Centre Manager, you will be required to coordinate with operations, collate, record and update paperwork/software systems accurately to ensure complete auditable tracking for deliveries and customer expectations on deliverables/Invoicing/Pallet Assets.
Managing and responding to all stakeholder queries in timely and efficient manner to avoid negative business impacts.
Key Responsibilities include: Coordinate and facilitate documentation for transport carriers on site.
Issue paperwork and allocate to appropriate transport company.
Maintain and improve all stakeholder relations - Both internal customers and external customers / security contractors.
Pro-active management and cooperation with all stakeholders to ensure all needs are met.
Attention to detail and accuracy required on Loading / Consigning / Invoicing and Pallet control systems and paperwork.
Liaise with Load Planners/Security re: delays/changes to scheduling and or operational impacts/requirements including all matters relating to Chain of Responsibility.
Update all data in relation to transport costings.
Update data in relation to monitoring temperature control units within the admin area.
Update data in relation to all Site PO's.
Create Purchase Order requests.
Pre Order Stationary Requirements ARE YOU A FIT?
Demonstrated experience in a freight/transport/warehouse industry Operational experience and an understanding of Supply Chain  Possess good communication skills, good time management and prioritisation skills.
