About your new job:The role of Dispatch Clerk is a vital role which supports the daily operations team and overall business.Attend to customer and transport company phone enquiriesComplete daily paperwork checks and send to the correct department/individualCheck SAP and Load On truck function for wholesale/processor invoicingEnsure Shipment manifest are completed correctlyCross check drivers sign off sheets and cover sheets, match to SAP prior to invoicingCommunicate all dispatch advice to the business via email as required About you:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar roleAbility to work with minimum supervisionAttention to detailTeam player attributesEffective CommunicationExcellent customer relations skillsWell-developed spread sheeting skillPrevious experience within an FMCG production environment is desirable, but not essential.
