About your new job:
The role of Dispatch Clerk is a vital role which supports the daily operations team and overall business.

Attend to customer and transport company phone enquiries Complete daily paperwork checks and send to the correct department/individual Check SAP and Load On truck function for wholesale/processor invoicing Ensure Shipment manifest are completed correctly Cross check drivers sign off sheets and cover sheets, match to SAP prior to invoicing Communicate all dispatch advice to the business via email as required About you: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Ability to work with minimum supervision Attention to detail Team player attributes Effective Communication Excellent customer relations skills Well-developed spread sheeting skill Previous experience within an FMCG production environment is desirable, but not essential.
