Pacific Fresh is a citrus packing facility that lies within the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation area. We produce a large variety of locally grown citrus accessed from our very own farms in the Riverina Region of NSW.About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Administration Officer to join our dynamic team at Pacific Fresh. This position plays a key role in overseeing the dispatch of goods and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our fruit processing facility.What We Offer:Fantastic company cultureGrowing business with a broad range of popular brands and food categoriesSupportive and collaborative management teamCompetitive remunerationService Recognition ProgramOngoing training and professional developmentEmployee discounts and benefits programNovated leasing programEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)And many more…Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of goods and materials within the Pacific Fresh department.Manage all administrative tasks related to dispatch operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.Coordinate inbound product shipments from both local and international suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and service standards.Facilitate the transfer of orders from the Marketing Manager to the Packing Line Documentation Officer.Respond to general enquiries from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of dispatch orders.Assist in developing and improving dispatch procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Contribute to inventory management by maintaining accurate records of dispatched items.Key Requirements:Proven experience in administration or logistics, ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, record keeping, and documentation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Achievement-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.If you meet the above criteria and are ready to contribute to the success of our dispatch operations, we would love to hear from you.
