Discovery & Organisational Change ManagerAbout the Role Reporting to the CIO, you will be a core member of the ITC Team and will be responsible for providing effective IT discovery and organisational change activities across a range of Delta's business units.
This is a pivotal role in our technology pillar to identify, represent and integrate the best interests of IT in partnership with the business, in delivering Strategic and Corporate Plans in-line with the IT Roadmap.
This role will be required to travel to our Central Coast locations on a regular basis. Key responsibilities Lead a team of IT Business Partners.Drive seamless business transformation by ensuring effective discovery and organisational change management are integrated into Delta's transformation program, alongside consistent project delivery.Gather business requirements and work closely with technical and business teams to design and implement impactful organisational change management strategies.Identify and seize opportunities to enhance business processes and systems, driving innovation and improvement.Minimise disruptions from organisational changes while maximising positive outcomes.Collaborate transparently with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering honest and engaging communication.Qualities you will need to succeed in this role Proven experience as a Discovery & Organisational Change Manager in environments undergoing change or business transformation.Experience in managing the change impacts of strategic and transformational programs on people, technology, and resources.Ability to develop and implement assessments such as change readiness, impact assessments, and leadership strategies, along with cultural change, risk management, and benefit measurement.Proven negotiation skills to influence outcomes and decisions across a broad range of stakeholders.What We Offer Above market remuneration package and bonus potential.Excellent work-life balance with hybrid work pattern options.Study, fitness, employee discounts and novated lease programs.Employee Assistance Program.About Delta By joining our team, you will be exposed to a wide variety of challenges and will contribute to driving our culture to meet our mission of generating electricity safely, reliably, and competitively while respecting our workmates, customers, community and the environment.
